We are currently shipping all packages using USPS & UPS depending on what you choose at checkout.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

 

We have already shipped your order, so once your item is with a carrier it is out of our control please contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) for any additional updates or information regarding your delivery. *All of our products are shipped via USPS/UPS*. Once your item leaves the shipping facility, delivery is in the hands of USPS/UPS. Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact USPS/UPS
